Sales Manager-Mexico

PositionProfileThe ideal candidate is a person with experience in sales in industries in the Atex or industrial automation sector, with excellent interpersonal skills towards customers and their needs.
RoleThe main activities carried out include:
Definition and implementation of commercial policies in synergy with the Sales management;Develop sales activity for assigned clients and coordinate agency activities in the assigned territory;Management of executive customers, by turnover volumes and strategic importance;Interaction with potential distributors;Develop promotion and sales activities to potential customers.With reference to his/her area of competence, the responsibilities are: preparing an area plan, guiding agencies in their area to achieve the objectives and market shares defined, acquiring new customers, and inserting new agencies in the areas that require it.
The Sales manager analyzes the customer portfolio, consolidates it and verifies the presence of new business opportunities.
Provides feedback to Sales management regarding the market situation, customer needs and competitor moves.
