As a Sales Manager, you will drive the sales performance of specify products, systems or services in the business area in Motion, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy. You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.

Local/Hub Business Unit Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them.
- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales.
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
- Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.
- Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Automation engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience as Sales Manager.
- Experience in sales of motors, drives and PLC, with OEM is a plus.
- Knowledge of administration in Salesforce.
- Experience managing global agreements, pipeline opportunities.
- Availability to travel.
- Valid visa and passport.
- Advanced level of English.
