Sales Manager - Pvc Pipe

**Language Requirement**: Minimum B2 English proficiency, C1 preferred.
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for PVC pipe products.
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and municipal clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the target markets.
- Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the PVC pipe industry.
- Strong understanding of sales channels, particularly with distributors, wholesalers, and municipal users.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred).
Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,500.00 per day
