We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to manage our customer sales operations. Responsible for managing key customer relationships and generating revenues to meet the companies' sales goals. The Sales Manager will oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.**Responsibilities**:- Lead by example - able to demonstrate closing skills working closely with customers- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit- Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to accounts- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors- Work with teams to improve the entire customer experience- Work with all levels of people in organization to reach desired customer service and revenues.- Clearly communicate cases and work with them to close them- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed- Ability to onboard and provide on-going training to key customers- Must be able to define and maintain customer pipeline, work daily sales funnel, and meet monthly sales revenue targets.- Become a mentor to customers and sales associates by building and maintaining positive working relationships- Train new hires on closing accounts, customer service, basic CRM processes- Direct the daily operations of the customer service team to increase revenues.- Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.- Exceed quarterly financial goals of the teamEducation and Experience- Has a relevant bachelor's degree.- Has at least four (4) years' experience in sales.- Has at least three (3) years managerial experience.- Has in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices- Has remarkable product knowledge- Has great leadership skills to be able to handle a whole team/departmentKey Requirements:- Experience in working with customers will be considered a plus- A minimum of four (4) years relevant working experience- Proven track record in meeting performance objectives- Strong oral and written communication skills are required, as well as basic technical support knowledge and computer skills background- Effective listener and understanding customer expectations- Ability to quickly establish rapport with Clients in a way that allows for a comfortable consultation.- Ability to work remotely, reaching international customer base- Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct.- Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team.- Internet savvy to research customer details- Availability to work a flexible schedule- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
