We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to inbound sales and handling outbound sales calls to US companies posting senior positions, utilizing their consultative skills to develop and maintain client relationships. We are seeking an A-Player who is ready to embrace the unique challenges and opportunities of this role and grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and target companies posting senior positions that align with our service offerings. Conduct high-level sales calls to decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our services. Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the recruitment industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions. Charismatic and energetic personality, with a passion for building relationships and driving sales. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Background in the recruitment industry or experience selling services to US companies. Experience in consultative selling or a background as a consultant.
