We are always looking for dynamic people who share our mission to help feed the world.**General Responsibilities**Manage sales and execute Novus top-down defined strategies including the position of commercial campaigns and proper image of the company, coordinate with technical services for assigned territory and Swine business to ensure customer value and profitability. Propose the right commercial distribution channels and direct accounts conditions according with stablished policies and strategies. Under supervision from Manager, receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.- Build sales team into broader, multi-product/program and customer focused territory with ongoing PREP process and quarterly review.- Accountable for development and execution of sales plan for assigned territory, contribute to budget and business planning processes.- Coordinate technical service, marketing, logistics, customer service teams to support assigned territory.- Manage proper stewardship of Novus resources with close adherence to annual budget, investigate cost efficiencies as identified.- Build and maintain close relationships with customers to understand challenges and decision making drivers.- Participate in preparing forecast sales volumes for all product/channels for assigned territory.- Manage CRM platform to monitor customer activity and team progress toward territory goals.- Adhere to the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS) and all policies and procedures related to position assignment.**General Guidance for Key Knowledge/Skills/ Experience**- DVM, Agronomist Zootechnician (Animal Husbandry) Engineer, 8 years of commercial experience, in Animal Protein production related with nutrition products additives as a must (3 years), other sales expertise within the industry desired (pharmacy vaccines & health products) Swine & Broiler business, market knowledge- Detailed understanding of animal protein market and food industries for assigned area. May be recognized expert in one or more species.- Thorough knowledge of animal nutrition and health businesses for assigned area.- Demonstrated success in account management and business development.- Developing ability to establish, grow and manage relationships with customers for optimum results.- Proven understanding of business activities and drivers in assigned area to effectively determine market opportunities for team.**Other Essential Requirements**- Fluent Spanish.- English is a plus (desirable).
