Your primary focus will be guiding and motivating your team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, meetings set, and deals closed.
You will foster a positive, high-energy environment, provide hands-on training, and ensure your team reaches its targets while continuously driving improvement.Key Responsibilities:Pipeline Management: Lead your SDR team to consistently meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Monitor and optimize performance in key areas such as calls, meetings set, and deals closed.On-Site Team Leadership: Oversee the daily activities of your SDR team.
Ensure team members identify, qualify, and engage leads effectively, and that appointments are set with potential restaurant clients.Recruitment & Team Building: Hire, onboard, and train a dynamic SDR team.
Guide your team members through performance management, including coaching for improvement and managing underperformance when necessary.Training & Development: Enhance and refine the existing SDR training program, continuously improving team outcomes and performance.Office Setup & Organization: Assist in the setup of a productive, collaborative office space in Mexico City, ensuring your team has the tools and environment needed to succeed.Coaching & Mentorship: Provide regular, hands-on coaching and mentorship to SDRs.
