TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

In addition, critical thinking and continuously challenging existing practices to drive impactful business results is expected.- Bachelor's degree; Accounting, business, and marketing majors
- Two years of work experience in a business-to-business setting is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Products desired (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Powerbi etc.)
- Efficient and works intelligently, with the initiative to identify and take on critical projects, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be accountable and display a sense of ownership & integrity around reporting & analysis
- Customer focused, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in sometimes emotional situations, team player, flexible and adaptable to changing conditions, positive and professional attitude.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly
**Responsibilities**:
- Systematize the reporting process ensuring data quality and process compliance across the functional teams.
- Capture and coordinate timely and accurate updates to the sales hierarchy, customer coding attributes, and other critical databases.
- Provide analytical and reporting support to the Sales Operations team.
- Recommend process improvements that will increase efficiency and drive revenue.
- Approach tasks with a Continuous Improvement mindset, providing recommendations to optimize processes for greater efficiency.
