.The role will interface with all levels of sales and lead both efficiency and growth initiatives. Responsible for providing the regional sales team with the operational visibility, analysis and insights they need to intelligently scale their organizations. Responsible for creating an optimal environment for efficient and effective attainment of the sales goals and fosters a culture of continuous improvement in the Sales Organization. This role is key to ensure consistency of sales strategy and execution of global projects that will optimize the sales team effectiveness. Additionally, you will diagnose opportunities for process improvement, process design and change management within Industrial Sales.This is a key role within the regional sales team and reports to the Industrial Sales Leader for the Americas.**What your background should look like**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Become an expert on the data generated by the sales organization- Provide analytical support for critical GTM activities including sales forecasting and conversion, goalsetting, territory planning and monthly/quarterly/annual level reporting.- Design and implement a Data Governance program to ensure data integrity on an ongoing basis- Provide reports on key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers.- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects- Take the initiative to streamline process, identify opportunities through exploratory data analysis and think independently to contribute value- Prepare ad-hoc and month-end analysis and recommendations on all operations- Analysis of the yearly budget, monthly forecast and S&OP- Own the Process improvement/excellence for the Americas region (TEOA, improvement, governance)- Clear alignment and communication with key internal stakeholders (BU leadership, Channel leadership, product management, pricing, operations, customer care).**Key Qualifications, Experiences & Knowledge**:- 2+ years' experience in sales strategy or sales operations roles- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills.- Exposure to large company processes and KPI expectations- Proficiency in Salesforce- Experience with pipeline, forecasting and reporting.- Competency with the Microsoft office product suite; Intermediate experiencewith Excel (e.G. pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)- Ability to quickly evaluate information and independently make decisions based on the available information.- Identify opportunities to improve our data collection and analysis capabilities and lead initiatives- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce**Skills & Abilities Required**:- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organization functions (inside and outside of TE)- Clear, strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities.
