**Sales OEM & Engineered Products (Compact Valves & Standard Pumps)**
**Purpose of the Job**:
- To drive the sales strategy and delivery in the designated end market sector Compact Valve, Standard Pumps
- This will include working collaboratively with other end market colleagues and other functions Globally (Operations, Engineering, Strategy, Services, etc.)
and building close internal relationships.
- This role has overall responsibility for the sector's Latin America sales forecasting, KPI's, results, and leadership as well as delivery of strategic goals in line with the sector, wider End Markets team and TechnipFMC vision.
**Sales Strategy and Delivery**:
- Lead sales strategy for sector/regions, and delivery of sales against agreed targets
- Account development planning of teams in area of responsibility to drive long term growth
- Accountability of P&L for sector/regions
- Direct customer ownership and sales activity; supporting, coaching sales teams to drive
- Customer penetration
- Profitability
- End to end sales leadership across product portfolio
**Sales Forecasting**:
- Ensure accurate and transparent sales forecasting across Latin America area of responsibility
Channel Management:
- Drive strategic and operational excellence across different channels and in collaboration with other internal teams
- Market Sector Value Proposition Input:
- Feed business intelligence into Commercial function
- Working with Engineering teams and Product management teams to build product roadmap and new product delivery
- Own price planning and solicited input as appropriate
**Global Regional Voice of the Customer**:
- Customer ownership through team to drive excellent strategic customer relationships
**Sales Support Leadership**:
- Resource allocation; ensuring resources are effectively deployed based on organizational and customer priorities
**People Leadership**:
- Lead relevant sales support teams towards TechnipFMC vision and strategy
- Coach sister sales team, ensuring their readiness for sales actions and growth
- Driving change and growth with the right alliance of entrepreneurial decision making and good corporate citizenship; ensuring decisions are made for TechnipFMC at all times
- Setting clear and measurable objectives and having performance conversations as required
**Budget Management**:
- Prepare, with Finance support, consolidated budget and growth plans for area of responsibility within internal process.
This includes quarterly progress reports and other submissions.
- Fulfil wider reporting responsibilities, including performance and sales plans, forecasting and other KPI's
Project Pipeline and Project Oversight:
- New product introduction, campaign and event management
**Internal Collaboration**:
- Work effectively through a matrix structure to build growth and strong, productive internal relationships that create benefit for multiple functions
- Support the Growth Acceleration Plan as a leader in region
- Ensure governance and tools & processes are respected and adhered to
- Feed business intelligence into Commercial function
- Influence the agenda of other functions on behalf of sales teams and customers
**You are meant for this job if**
Qualifications & Technical knowledge:
Essential:
- Budget / P&L management experience
- Degree Required
- Good command of English & Spanish, (both spoken and written)
- Track record of relevant and deep sector experience, likely to have been gained from 10-15 years of experience.
- Significant sales experience in manufacturing (reciprocating pump sector ideal) and accompanying proven track record of success.
Likely gained from 10 years or more experience.
- Experience of all countries in Latin America.
- Knowledge and experience of best practices sales techniques.
- Outstanding collaborative working across a variety of business units, challenging and changing siloed thinking wherever it appears.
- Charismatic and inspiring personality with strong entrepreneurial flair and business acumen; passion for business growth.
- Significant sales experience of larger region across all of Latin America.
