Operating several state-of-the-art manufacturing plants across Mexico, **the group centrally manages its sales operations through its Sales Office strategically located in Querétaro**. This centralized approach ensures streamlined efficiency and enables the delivery of unparalleled service to their customers.

**Responsabilities**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of the Sales Office in Querétaro**. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the office's success by **managing day-to-day operations, ensuring sales targets are met, managing the P&L, finances, supply chain, and human resources**. Your responsibilities will include:
**Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals while aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales Office, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work closely with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
- **Financial Management**: Manage the P&L effectively, monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and implement appropriate controls to safeguard company assets.
- **Supply Chain Management**: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products, maintain optimal inventory levels, and minimize costs.
- **Human Resources Management**: Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, address their needs and concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management position, preferably in sales, operations, or general management roles.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the sales industry, preferably within the automotive industry, with knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
- **Legal Compliance**: Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to sales operations, employment, and business practices in Mexico.
- **Financial Acumen**: Solid understanding of financial management principles, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, optimize operations, and achieve long-term objectives.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
- **Communication Skills**: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including customers, employees, and senior management.
- **Results-Oriented**: Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets, exceeding expectations, and continuously improving performance.
- **Fluency in Spanish and English.**

- Salary: 150K - 200K MXN gross (107K - 140K MXN after tax) + comissions.
