**Summary**
The Sales Operation Agent serves as a vital link between customers and our sales team, ensuring that customer focus is prioritized. This role involves collaborating with sales and shipping teams to guarantee an efficient and timely delivery process for our clients. The agent will manage incoming orders in accordance with customer agreements, freight shipping, and other relevant policies.
**Essential Responsibilities**
The following duties are essential to the role. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary.
- Enter customer orders into Visual (ERP) and resolve any ambiguities.
- Communicate changes to customers and follow up on their orders.
- Address discrepancies with customer orders (credit, MOQ, price).
- Write proforma invoices.
- Determine priorities based on customer needs.
Shipping
- Ensure orders are shipped; verify reasons for any delays.
- Request shipping quotes from logistics providers.
- Confirm order shipping dates.
- Create and receive transfers (IBT) in warehouses other than PQ1 & GAMX.
Customer Experience (CX)
- Enter customer complaints and issue RTS & RMA numbers.
- Correct errors and fill in credit requests.
- Communicate with account specialists and sales representatives regarding stagnant items or insufficient inventory to meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on sales opportunities.
- Communicate with customers to gauge their forecasts and support inventory management.
- Manage early buy programs for customers.
- Support colleagues during high workload periods and act as a backup during planned or unplanned absences.
- Update customer price lists.
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Customer Service & Order Management Experience (+3 years)
- MS Office Suite (Excel Pivot Tables) (+3 years)
- Use of ERP and CRM Platforms (+3 years)
**Languages**
- English (95% spoken, 95% written)
- French (nice to have)
Pay: Up to $7,000.00 per week
