- Attend meetings related to Logistics and Operations to discuss different priorities of the week and give feedback to the sales team.
- Perform monthly and annual Billing Report, analyzing results and comparisons.
- Safety Stock, follow up together with planning, so that sales consider the arrivals of the HAWAS and that the product that has been proposed as Safety Stock is in accordance with what is required.
- Administration of the area budget
- Generates reports and relevant information for decision making
- Provides shipping information, such as commitment dates, delivery terms, or special instructions.
- Manage extraordinary shipments in conjunction with the logistics area
- Collaborates in the administration of orders to optimize shipment and reduce logistics costs
- Ensures the integrity of the orders checking that the prices correspond to what was agreed and notifying in case of discrepancies
- Manages the price lists for the assigned segment ensuring consistency between the agreements and what is loaded in SAP
- Create provisions in SAP in relation to the payment of promotions or incentives
- Generate credit note payments related to promotions or rebates
- Measure and monitor on-time delivery performance and define corrective actions in case of non-compliance
- Participate and develop improvement projects
- Participates in the implementation of new models, engineering changes and cost reduction projects
- Participates in the processing of orders for new models in order to avoid production delays due to lack of releases or information in conjunction with other departments.
**Qualifications**:
- DESIRABLE IN INDUSTRY AND/OR SALES
3 YEARS IN SIMILAR POSITION
- EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS IN MEXICO, CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA or USA AND CANADA
