As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who will support Commercial organization on sales data generation and analysis, contract compliance, pricing, business intelligence, sales quotations and other sales data management.
The Responsibilities- Analyze customer prices and its corresponding profitability. Identify trends and profitability improvement opportunities.- Manage customer price list. Maintain correct and updated prices in SAP ensuring alignment with customer contracts. Upload prices to SAP.- Support sales team in the preparation of forecast and AOP.- Support sales quota determination and calculation.- Support the sales team to identify sales fluctuations vs forecast, AOP and prior year.- Audit customer compliance with contracted volume and other price related conditions.- Support Sales Representatives to provide YTD actuals reports by products, minor's product groups, and invoices as requested. Provide with support in installed base reports.- Assist on the quote preparations on IQ system.- Support Sales Enablement team to maintain accurate data in Sales Force.- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
The Individual- Bachelor degree required (prefered major in Accounting/Finance) with post-graduate studies in Finance.- Financial planning and business experience (forecast, financial analysis, reports, and variance analysis) required.- 3 to 5 years of experience is required.- Bilingual English-Spanish. Fluent writing, reading and speaking.- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Experience with databases, Hyperion and SAP highly desirable.
