This role offers an outstanding opportunity to drive key project management initiatives, ensuring flawless execution and analysis.ResponsibilitiesDistributors Tracker: Strictly maintain and update the Distributors Tracker.Funnel NI Calculation: Calculate Funnel NI and upload to SharePoint for Sales Ops and Pricing Latam.Project Analysis: Review and analyze actual, backlog, and funnel ID projects.Run Rate Calculation: Perform run rate calculations and upload to SharePoint for Sales Ops and Pricing Latam.Service Forecast Calculation: Accurately calculate service forecasts.Historical Analysis: Conduct historical run rate analysis for first pass evaluations.Forecast Validation: Successfully validate forecasts.Systems Follow-Up: Report and follow up on system failures, errors, non-updating issues, and access problems via email.Dashboard Updates: Update dashboard previews for forecast meetings.Meeting Participation: Actively participate in Mexico Forecast Meeting, Backlog Local Meeting, Backlog Direct Meeting, and Channel Manager's Meeting to review FNI.Sales Force Changes: Implement changes in Sales Force as requested.Business Review Reports: Compile comprehensive business review reports.Reports & Analysis: Generate several reports and analyses.Efficiency Identification: Adapt files and identify efficiencies.RequirementsProven Project Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with precision.Analytical Skills: Strong capacity to analyze and interpret data.Diligent: Diligently attends to detail and accuracy.Communication Skills: Flawless communication skills, both written and verbal.Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse and inclusive team environment.Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and relevant software tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
