You will maintain industry-leading customer satisfaction by providing professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests. This is a great opportunity to set the foundation for an impactful and successful career at Arrow!What You'll Be Doing:Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base.Work with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements.Own the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinate resources and processing of quotations, and work with management to set pricing.Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, providing proactive notification to customers of changes to delivery status.Liaise between the sales team to ensure returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion.Ongoing Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process.
