Our next Sales Operations Associate will work to establish and retain strong and influential customer, supplier, and internal relationships. You will maintain industry-leading customer satisfaction by providing professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests. **What You'll Be Doing**:
- Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to the g6assigned customer base
- Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements
- Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing
- Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status
- Liaison between sales team
- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion
- On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs
**What We Are Looking For**:
- 2+ years of experience within similar roles.
- Advanced English skills (Conversation and written).
- Experience in Sales, Customer Support, or operations.
**Work Arrangement**:
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

$21,191.67 - $26,750.00 MXN Monthly
