Some travel may be required.One year of experience in merchandise or inventory coordination. The Sales Operations team has a unique opportunity to partner with many other functions which gives expansive insight into the apparel industry and the corporation.- Support the Sales Operations team to execute sample processing activities the showrooms, manage sample set counts, partner with merchandising operations,- and publish shipping information- Manage sales sample lines (approximately 3000 samples seasonally) in the LATAM showroom- and support other showrooms as needed- Support sales teams with organized sample lines and inventories throughout the year.- Oversee requests to borrow samples - send and track samples using Microsoft Excel master inventory system- Work cross-functionally with Merchandising to determine appropriate finish and fit stand-ins- for un-sampled products- Partner with Office Manager and Sales Ops team to execute semi-annual sample sales to- purge obsolete samples- Support key customers through Ad Sample orders, manage deadlines and send samples to- customers for advertising- Help source, pack, and ship samples for regional trade events as neededQualifications and Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree from related departments- Minimum 4+ years of experience in wholesales, preferably in an apparel company (people management experience is a must)Preferred Skills- Orientation toward accuracy and enjoys working with data, lists & inventory a must- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills and general curiosity- Experience with Excel including v-look-up, pivot tables and data analysis a plus- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and be able to stand for long periods- Ability to work early mornings and occasional weekendsLOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
