As a Sales Operations Director, you will manage the sales operations team, provide guidance about market trends to developing resources and track long-term sales data for reporting purposes.Previous managerial experience and an understanding of business processes and products are required. Having previous experience working in a Saas company will be valuable although it is not required.**Essential Responsibilities & Duties**- Own and manage all development and administrative aspects involving SFDC.- Work directly with sales teams to proactively build, evolve and optimize the sales process.- Work with internal and external partners to strategically configure our CRM to support sales, marketing, customer success, and overall company processes and goals.- Serve as the architect and project manager for all sales operations system projects. Lead projects from start to finish while ensuring successful on-time completion.- Continually define, improve, and automate sales operations processes to optimize system operations, customer processes, and sales productivity.- Build salesforce processes and workflows to proactively deliver actionable sales insights throughout different stages of the sales process.- Create audit processes and proactively identify data discrepancies, and deficiencies. Establish processes and implement tools to automate data cleansing.- Train, support, and create documentation/enablement around Salesforce processes on how the fields should utilize Salesforce throughout our sales cycle (from lead to closed-won and post-sales).- You will partner cross-functionally with the finance, customer success, marketing, product, and sales teams on sales optimization and business operation support.- You will drive reporting effectiveness through understanding cross-functional revenue strategies, and translating them into system and process requirements.- Have a deep understanding of the sales team's business priorities and their quarterly initiatives.- Create reports and dashboards to reflect sustained and predictable growth.- Expand the analytical infrastructure with scalable reports and tools.- Master the understanding of pipeline management to guide the workflow of sales and marketing-related reporting.- Oversee other sales operations processes to support the sales team as the company evolves.- Determine sales and marketing strategies that help increase revenue.- Review and improve workflows so that sales, marketing, and customer service teams can collaborate effectively
