.Job Description:The Sales Operations will gain a wealth of knowledge by working within Sales Operations and partnering with our Marketing Team, Sales Field within multiple Business Units, and our Finance Team. Responsible for the management and administration of updates in Oracle and Sales systems for all our Preventive and Rehabilitation Sales Organizations. This role will support pricing setups, sales reporting, rep alignments, and multiple small-mid level projects.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintains and updates Customer Price Lists.- Loads pricing and discounts for all accounts within Oracle.- Onboards rep territories in Oracle CRM and TM.- Updates Rosters and Territory Maps.- Documents SOPs throughout process and meetings.- Works on Special Projects within Sales Operations that are relevant at the time.- Attends training sessions held within Sales Operations on SQL, understanding of the business, furthering analysis skills in real life situations, Excel training, and etc.- Other Sales Operations responsibilities as assigned for the project's immediate need.QUALIFICATIONS- High School Diploma preferred- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field such as Data Management and/or Sales or Business Operations.- Must speak English fluently.- High proficiency in MS Excel required.- Transactional experience with ERP systems (i.E., Oracle, SAP) preferred.- Experience working with PowerBI reporting tool is preferred.TRAVEL- No travel required.WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS- Typical office environment.- _ Physical Demands_: May occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
