**Main responsibilities**:
- People leader role to support our Sales Operations activities;
- Ensures consistent sales and account management communication and general support regarding proposal concepts, special offer negotiation, contract issues, pricing issues, and general sales/account management related matters, ensuring business policy and procedures are followed.
- Coordination of a team that will execute activities to support the Sales Team in contracts/addendum discussions/negotiations being the connection with the Legal area.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership to determine overall operations needs and may represent Sales Operations on sales/account management related task forces.
- May assist in the development, administration and communication of the sales compensation plans and special incentives.
- Coordinate territory analysis, quota setting and compensation planning with Sales leadership.
- Builds constructive relationships across the organization with key business partners including sales teammates, other sales teams, and other internal company departments.
- Support the Sales leadership in sales discussions and decisions using Sales Data / Business Intelligent.
- Accountably for, with Sales leadership, to improve pipeline management
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience leading Sales Operations / Commercial Excellence structure and teams on multinational companies;
- Previous experience working in Technology Industry is highly desirable;
- Experience running SAP and SFDC is a must.
Previous experience in SAP and SFDC implementation is highly desirable;
- Work experience using and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data (Sales Data);
- Previous experience pushing Sales Forecast supporting the business to go beyond their goals;
- Degree completed is mandatory and MBA/Post Graduation is desirable;
- Advanced English is mandatory;
