**Sales and Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain our client relationships, helping to find solutions to their complex needs.
- ** Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Ad-hoc reports needed during quarter end and on a weekly basis.
- Manage and work with Salesforce for queue management of cases and other vendor platforms.
- Permission and set delivery of products, data, and software, resolves product delivery issues.
- Provide ideas for automation
- Liaison Product Management on product releases and changes.
- Participate in ad hoc projects
**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**:
- Studying degree in Business, Finance, Administration or related field. (5th semester or above), availability 40 hours per week, Tentative grad date December 2025)
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing and confident.

- Experience with Customer Service and working with multi-functional teams Desired qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
