In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the variable compensation structure for our community, events, and sales teams across the region, tracking achievements. Your expertise in data analysis, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our organization.Responsibilities:Design and execute variable compensation programs.Develop, improve, and implement variable compensation programs for the community, events, and sales teams in alignment with regional objectives and business strategy.Conduct thorough analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive performance and align with business goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to define compensation structures that motivate and incentivize desired behaviors, such as driving revenue, community growth, and event participation.Track, adjust, and audit the achievement of all the sales teams in the region.Create and update tools such as dashboards that enhance the operational tasks of the different teams.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.Proven experience (3 years) in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.Technical Knowledge:Excellent understanding of variable compensation structures, sales incentive plans, and related methodologies.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities
