The Sales Operations Manager can ensure the sales team has the tools they need to succeed by evaluating usage and capability of the tools. This role also has under his management business pillars that highly impacts the outcome of the business in the organization in terms of Business data analytics and Order entry (products and services) processes for the region.- Develop a successful and winning sales strategies taking into consideration all the input form the Data Analitics team in terms of sales forecasting and key performance data both internal and external.- Ensure that the Business analytics team monitors and reports accurately sales team performance, in a timely manner and in high quality way with detail information per segment or channels.- Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends.- Design the strategy that enables the business growth according to external industry trends, macroeconomic factors, Vertiv portfolio ofering, historic sales data and Global guidelines.- Identify key market opportunities for specifics Go to Market.- Work alongside the Sales leadership level in order to provide key information for decision-making and sales strategy definitions.- Contributes to the strategic discussion around customers, partners, target markets, etc. Recommends sales methodologies that the organization should consider and employ.- Provides direction and leadership to the teams under scope of responsibility. Establishes and communicates goals and objectives for the teams that are in line with the corporate guidelines.- Supports all business development and lead generation efforts; is familiar with all lead sources and how to research/mine data within these sources.Qualifications:- 10 to 15 years of experience in the industry in sales operations, sales or marketing areas- Leadership experience.- Strong experience with Data analytics.- Advanced English level.- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build diverse relationships internally and externally.- Analytical skills to understand the impact of market and competitive changes as they affect a product portfolio, and determines a successful course of action.
