.Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE:He/She supports the deployment of the Sales and Group Strategy across the country for which he/she is responsible. He/She is accountable for sales, revenues, margins, customer satisfaction, and sales team engagement at the country level. He/She is also responsible for the flawless execution of supply chain and installation processes.ResponsibilitiesEnsure regional implementation of Group strategies.Be responsible for local synergies and consistency of actions at the Country/Regional level.Support the Chief Commercial Officer/GM Regional in determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales strategies; analyzing trends and results in terms of order intake, sales, and margin.Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing periodic sales quotas for the region; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.Implement regional sales initiatives by developing field sales action plans and identifying new business opportunities.Monitor the volume of sales in accordance with the variety of products on the market, and ensure that retail conditions, prices, and service standards are kept current in line with supply and demand, economic strategies, market trends, and relevant competition.Manage and lead regional business reviews and management meetings.Help define guidelines for customer management and retention, analyze the customer base, identify specific indicators for every target, and guide/identify resulting actions for each target.Drive a consistent customer experience through an effective sales operations model, providing the right input to manage back-office activities.Coordinate with other colleagues within the region.Create supply chain strategies aligned with Group policies, standards, and regulations.Participate in S&OP planning meetings to collect sales forecasts and order portfolio trends.Support the definition and implementation of production process changes with a specific focus on distribution/shifting of production lines between different plants.Define and monitor performance metrics for the measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost, inventory, or quality.Ensure high-quality installation processes according to Group standards.Manage the NE Region organization, providing adequate training and coaching to enable local team growth.Monitor inventory levels by developing key metrics to maintain the right inventory and avoid E&O.Manage key indicators for proper control of A/R. Achieve annual revenue and EBITDA targets.Identify service company targets for M&A – Support the M&A team in the process.Develop a deep understanding to identify current market share and implement successful action plans to increase market share. Identify new profitable revenue streams.QualificationsPROFILE:Academic Background: MBA or Experience / Commercial Master Degree / Financial Master Degree
