You will execute this mission by building and maintaining CRM architecture, managing marketing and sales automation tools, and generating performance reports.RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide product and sales operational support to Sales and Customer Success teams on technical, product, operational and process-related questions- Approve sales quotes to ensure correct pricing and execute PosiTrace product pricing strategy for Mexican and CA Sales Teams- To review customer segments and reassign accounts between Account Managers according to strategic direction- Analyze appropriate usage of sales tools- Increase sales productivity through the refinement or elimination of non-revenue-generating sales activities across sales managers and sales- Work with sales leadership to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data- Collaborate with Support, Operations and Sales Leadership to define business problems and scope requirements to solve for identified key gaps and inefficiencies- Work with internal stakeholders to analyze existing sales operations processes in efforts to improve them.- Plan and write down processes, procedures, and policies. Reengineer processes as needed.- Create an official document repository and keep it clean and updated.- Develop a deep working knowledge of Sales functions, teams, processes.- Formally train all members of the sales team in all policies, processes, procedures, and tools, and document evidence of the training.- Implement and enforce all processes, procedures, and policies.- Audit all processes, procedures, and policies and document evidence of the findings. Take corrective actions when necessary.- Plan and create KPIs and dashboards for all the teams inside the sales department to help track sales funnel and operational metrics to give management ability to track while helping deliver insights to improve funnel performance.- Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports and key performance indicators for sales management- Personally configure and fully manage all the sales tools, including the CRM, sales outreach tool, and contacts directory, among others.- Create and configure all the necessary reports and dashboards in all the sales tools, including the CRM, sales outreach tool, and contacts directory, among others.- Manage licenses for all tools used by the sales department
