About Solo Stove**Job Description**:As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be a part of our sales team and will work directly with our Business to Business dealer accounts. The Sales Operations Specialist's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key dealers are satisfied with the services provided. You will help support the VP of Business Development and the sales team as needed to ensure daily tasks are executed.**Essental Duties and Responsibilities**:Process all new B2B orders each dayCommunicate and work closely with warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate order processing to ensure all orders ship out on timeAchieve monthly personal and team goalsComplete new vendor paperwork for new B2B partnershipsDevelop a thorough understanding of key dealers' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutionsQualifications and Skills1+ years of experience as a logistics coordinator1+ years of experience in customer service/salesKnowledge of LTL shipments and coordinating shipmentsProficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, requiredDetail oriented and excellent organizational skillsAdvanced EnglishExcellent communication skillsAssociates or Bachelor's degree, preferred
