We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Operations professional, specializing in project and commercial proposal management within the Motors Industry. Your primary focus will revolve around the Distribution Market in North America. Your Responsibilities

Reinforce our relationship with our customers to support all sales activity including direct customer interaction

Liaise with Sales team to control and coordinate our pipeline and quote volume

Documentation of procedures and activities (Excel, Salesforce)

Control and coordinate Service Campaigns, with a primarily focus on rotating machines

Act as the voice of the customer for escalations related to quotes/feedbacks that can affect sales targets

Perform analytics on installed base and campaigns launched identifying further opportunities and gaps

Improve database of customer contacts to enable more customer touchpoints
