The Sales Excellence Specialist will be accountable for the enablement of the PPE sales team by putting resources, processes and procedures in place to eliminate all unnecessary and non-value added selling activities. You will drive best practices leading to an acceleration of profitable business growth and targeted business outcomes.

Responsible for providing operational and commercial sales support for the PPE organization while developing, deploying, and enabling the key processes within Sales, Marketing, and necessary cross functions to make things happen. Familiar with Commercial Excellence processes and self-driven person to make Sales organization accountable for driving and meeting key Sales Excellence metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive consistent process improvements
- Lead Sales engagement
- Facilitate Strategic Discussions
- Track and Report Progress and outcome of initiatives
- Process simplification for sales interaction with other functions
- Develop tools, templates and processes to support effective sales enablement at the local level
- Understand Commercial key metrics and develop coherent action plans

**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years' experience in customer service/sales/marketing
- 3+ years' experience with SAP
- 3+ years' experience with SFDC
- 3+ years' experience with Tableau/ Power BI
- Six Sigma / Process improvements oriented
