Job OverviewThey are responsible for the operational support of the respective Key Accounts Managers to ensure the overall successful management of the assigned accounts and optimal client satisfaction.Essential FunctionsQuality control of Statements of WorkSupport for Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)Management of Salesforce.Com CRM tool, budgeting/forecasting, and ongoing training for employeesMarket and company research updates, maintain lists, & update competitive profilesHelp with strategic account planningMeeting preparation and conference support (webex & deck support)Coordinate with client contacts and admins and maintain relationshipsCreate new templates for GTM needs (business reviews, sales decks & proposals)Maintain standards for templates, marketing decks and client-facing documentsQualificationsBachelor's DegreeCompleted Commercial apprenticeship, 2-3 years experience in an Administrative position would be of advantageFinance/Sales Operations background is preferredStrong Excel knowledgeSAP and SFDC or any other CRM system knowledge is a benefitVery good team playerFlexibility and willingness to join a dynamic and fast-paced working environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
