Summary:
Ingenico's Sales Order Processor _ Analyst provides administrative support to the sales team by processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products or services to customers in our North America (NAR) entities.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

Responsible for Order Processing: Receive, review, and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner using company's software systems and/or databases.Order Verification: Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information, to ensure accuracy and completeness.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the order processing cycle.Communicate with sales team and other relevant departments to clarify order details, resolve discrepancies, ensure follow-up, and provide order status updates.Execute day-to-day activities according to the highest standards of financial control, compliance, and best practices.Identify, follow up, and escalate potential issues to superiors in a timely fashion.Maintain organized records of sales orders and related documentation for reference and auditing purposes.Required Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Physical Demands:
