Sales Performance Analyst

Our North American client is a prominent Software-as-a Service (SaaS) company that is expanding and building a team focused on Sales Performance. These Analysts can work remotely and the role is a full-time permanent role.**Responsibilities**:- Provide system analysis and collaborate with team members, providing sales/ customer support- Effectively communicate with clients to understand business needs and ensure cohesive tech translation- Design and implement sales performance strategy- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within the organization- Plan and Admin System Rollouts- Assist Project Managers**Requirements**:**Must haves**:- Hands-on experience with either Varicent or Xactly Sales Performance- 4+ years Analyst experience with relevant systems- University Education- Excellent English Proficiency**Benefits**:Flex is committed to maintaining a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity full-service staffing agency.
