We are part of the financial digital transformation, being one of the key players in México.The role is responsible for guaranteeing the correct performance of Kueski Pay in-store through the implementation of a cross-functional work, communication and teamwork process between the commercial team and teams such as engineering, product, marketing and operations. This person will have immediate visibility regarding merchants needs, issues and opportunities to assign priorities to different teams throughout the organization.**Key Responsibilities**:- Point of contact with product, engineering teams and operations for the registration of users and branches from our In-store commercial partners.- Responsible for giving guidance and direction to the CX team regarding the needs and problems that merchants present.- Receive and analyze information from promoters force in POS and together with the information from the merchants develop strategies to improve the adoption of Kueski Pay in POS.- Monitoring and follow-up to all the analytics of the behavior information of Kueski Pay in POS.- In charge of the detailed analysis of the behavior of in-store branches through the development of dashboards to improve the performance of Kueski Pay and to trigger action items with Operations and CX teams.**Position Requirements**:- 3+ years of retails sales management experience, including experiencing working with external B2B clients on POS.- Identify any gaps with our main competitors on how they deliver in-store UX with their payment solution.- Experience working in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues presented by external clients.- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.- Flexibility required: Availability to work weekends, weekdays, or nights (during store hours).**Benefits and Perks**:- Major medical insurance- Stock options- Flexible work time, including working from home 100% Remote- 10 days of vacations + 50% vacation bonus- Personal Days- Saving Fund- Pantry Vouchers- 30 day Christmas Bonus
