Collaborate closely with various internal business departments including IT Sales, Go-To-Market, Productivity, Negotiation, and Field Sales teams to gather pertinent data and access necessary systems or data repositories. Develop reports and analyses tailored to identify opportunities and monitor the performance of productivity initiatives. Provide actionable insights to the Sales Productivity Team to optimize resource allocation and focus efforts effectively.**Your Impact**:As Sales Productivity Analyst your responsibilities would consist of- Identification of opportunities to streamline processes within the sales value chain formats.- Definition of the scope and strategy of the project, integration of the team.- Management in the resolution of problems and making key decisions within stales the projects of the track for which he/she is responsible.- Decision making to maximize benefits and reduce risks / create contingency plan.- Participation and leadership in kick-off sessions and training.- Cultivate a Productivity culture within the Sales organization and beyond.- Ensure adherence to the required Project methodology (execution on time within budget and activities)- Ensure appropriate support from relevant stakeholders (Sales and support functions leaders) towards identifying and driving productivity results.- Validation of the communication plan and project performance monitoring.- Extract, cleanse, transform and/or consolidate data from several data sources.- Automate processes and reporting to unlock accurate and timely analyses.- Connect and build rapport with critical process owners to access systems and data sources.- Analyze data to identify trends and productivity opportunities
