This position plays an important role in improving sales productivity by ensuring a streamlined ordering process.Essential Functions:Responsible for daily operation of creation & maintenance of customers in SAPMaintain standard procedures for managing customer master, ensuring that processes are aligned to these standardsComplete supplier forms submitted by new customersManage account data integrity between SAP and the Customer Relationship Management system and other platforms as requiredManage customer and partner price agreements & promotional codes in SalesforceTroubleshoot potential issues with Customer Master data and advise on potential solutionsWork cross functionally to resolve Customer Master data issuesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Customer First mentalityTeam player with the ability to work cross-functionallyStrong English communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to prioritize and proactively drive issues to resolution in a timely mannerAbility to work independently and take initiativeStrong organizational skills and attention to detail – accuracy is criticalProcess improvement focusWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically ExcelWorking knowledge of Customer Master or related master data function.Minimum education and work experience required:Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or an otherwise equivalent level of experience2+ years of work experience in customer master data-related roleExperience supporting a sales organization preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
