.LOCATION: Residence in CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey City.BASIC FUNCTION Under the direction of the KAM Retail – Kitchen & Bath Mexico; the in-store sales executive is responsible to ensure the sales target achievement in designated retail stores while communicating the brand credentials to end consumers. The ideal candidate will perform several activities such as product promotion, training to in-store sales associates, product display supervision and share findings, competitor's activities, and consumer insights to Channel Marketing Team. As a Kohler representative with direct contact to end consumers, she/he is responsible to ensure the execution of brand guidelines and quality standards of the product displays. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESPromote on-site the Kohler Co. plumbing products in accordance with company goals and policies.Provide guidance to end consumer about products and assist in resolving specific questions of technical performance easing the purchase decision.Provide training to customer's in-store associates through monthly store visits within assigned geographic territory.Refer consumers to customer's website and assist with the purchase decision, as needed.Provide a report of competitor's activities on the sales floor, like product launches, marketing communications and promotions.Provide a competitor's pricing report from the sales floor.Supervise and provide a report of display status, inventory status, and end consumers insights.Manage pricing programs in territory according to established company policies and procedures.Rotation through regional retail stores according to coverage plan designed by KB Channels Manager.RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTSSupervisory Relationships:Reports to KAM Retail – Kitchen & Bath Mexico Organization Relationships: General Manager Kitchen & Bath Mexico, Retail Account Manager, LATAM Channel Manager and Marketing Manager, Product ManagerExternal Business Relationships:Frequent communication with customer's sales associates.Frequent communication with 3rd party display supplier.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSMid-Level: High school required. Experience performing direct sales to end customers. 2-4 years of experience required. Must possess moderate skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and with outside contacts. Mid Office software skills, able to build excel reports and PPT. Tablet acumen.TRAVELResidence in CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey City.
