**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**:The Sales & Purchase Order Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the PFNA Content and MCOE teams.
This role is responsible for managing and keeping track of multiple Sales Print on Demand Budgets and creation of Purchase Orders and suppliers, as well as billing and payments.This position interacts regularly with managers and directors on the PepsiCo Foods North America Sales Content Account Team, PFNA Merchandising Center of Excellence Team (MCOE), PFNA Region Execution Managers, Key Account Managers, ,global procurement, and accounts payable.
Further, this role will work with representatives of external (3rd party) suppliers.This role must deliver excellent services to PFNA stakelholders, aligned with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The incumbent is expected to deliver accurate information, share insights from data, and influence decision making at PFNA.Success in this role requires the ability to work in a matrixed reporting environment and to partner across Functions.
Relationship building with multiple stakeholders and teams will be essential.
Fluent English, results-driven behaviour, solid organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, technical strength, and the ability work both independently as well as valued partner on the PFNA Sales Content Team.
**Your Impact**:As Sales & Purchase Order Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of- Tracking of all Sales Content Projects managed by the PFNA Sales Content Team- Execute and deliver periodic reports, update and improve visibility including Working/Non-Working A&M- Complete daily processing of purchase orders, order changes and providing necessary information to stakeholders.
This includes the duties of preparing and processing purchase orders, keeping records of POs, keeping vendor information up to date- Process invoices against the purchase orders
