**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Leads multiple complex operational processes related to seting up Compensation Plan for Sales
- Interacts with Deign team, Data team, Anaplan team.
- Contributes to deliver Sales Letters on Day 1
- Acts as a project manager for complex medium to large projects.
- Owns highly complex business sensitive deliverables; interprets complex analyses and reports, making recommendations and/or decisions on moderately complex issues.
- Provides expert direction and guidance to process improvements and establishment of policies.
- Provides leadership and training on specific processes to entry and intermediate level employees.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
- Typically 6-10 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.
**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
- Advanced understanding of internal business processes and policies.
- Foundational understanding of the business models and Go-To-Market strategies
- Proven analytical skills coupled with willingness to continuously learn
- Solid computer literacy, curious to work with various technical tools to gain efficiencies
- Drive & a creative power to meet continuous challenges of the role
- Proven problem-solving skills
