Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry.What You'll Do:Understand hiring needs, staffing requirements, and strategic objectives.Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for business broker positions, including brokers, analysts, administrative staff, and support professionals.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry associations.Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends.Stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver innovative solutions.What We're Looking For:Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's in HR, Psychology, Public Relations, Business, or a related field, plus proven experience in recruiting for financial services or sales roles.Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients.Relationship Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse candidates and clients.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting tools and technologies.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.What We Offer:$16,000 pesos per month + Commissions.Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pmOpportunities for professional development.A progressive company culture where your ideas are valued
