**Your role at Baxter**:
Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Baxter is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Rep. Clinical Nutrition (**Galicia, Asturias, Leon and the Canary Islands)**. You will lead all aspects of the promotion of the current Clinical Nutrition portfolio and new products launched to join our extraordinary team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a global leader in healthcare and make a significant impact in the field of clinical nutrition.

**What are your responsibilities?**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and surpass sales goals in the clinical nutrition industry.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key healthcare providers and decision-makers
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to figure out best solutions for clients and efficiently implement them
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Conduct market research to determine customer needs and preferences
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services
- Supervise and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plan:
**We are presently seeking people who have/are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
