Responsibilities will be split 80/20 for both Inside Sales and Customer Service related function:**80% Inside Sales Responsibilities**- Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales- Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call- Quote prices and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained- Participate in required product training to build required product knowledge- Perform other related duties as assigned by management**20% Customer Service Responsibilities**- Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into CRM- Provide accurate and prompt information to customers pertaining to orders for parts as well as initiating opportunities to upsell related parts- Provide customer support with technical product information- Keep track of inquiries, requests, and resolutions, maintaining organized files and follow-up tasks for seamless operations- Address and resolve all customer requests and/or complaints utilizing a positive, creative approachEducation and Training- High school diploma required.- Technical associate's degree preferredExperience- Minimum (2) years of experience in sales- Experience in Industrial Distribution or allied industry experience (Hydraulic, Fluid Power, Electrical, Power Transmission, Motors, and Motion Control) is preferredKnowledge and Skills- Advanced knowledge of distributed products line- Be an active part of a cohesive team, build trust and relationships- Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced work environment- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including professional phone technique- Mechanical aptitude, with above average math skills- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office required, NetSuite preferred- Must have experience with Zoominfo- Ability to interface with top management in both our company and also customers' companies- Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales is requiredSchedule:- Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm Eastern Standard Time (New York)**Experience**:- Hydraulics: 1 year (preferred)- B2B sales: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
