The Founder recognized an unmet need for remote Spanish-speaking employees in the U.S and the underutilized parallelism between Mexico and the U.S. Leveraging the understanding of the U.S, standard time zones, and similarity in work ethic, Tele-Help delivers the people and skills U.S companies require.**Our Sales Representatives enjoy base compensation in addition to uncapped commissions.****The Role**:Staffing and Cold sales solution.**You must have knowledge and experience with**:- High-Volume Phone Based Sales 150 -200 calls per day- Experience with successful phone sales- Excellent English written and verbal skills.You Must also have the following:- good working computer- headphones- Strong Wi-fi- Quite place to work**Pay**- $13,000 MXN start base salary.- After 90 days with the company $15,000 MXN base salary.- Up to $1,000 MXN Per successful sale- Uncapped commission.**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Experience**:- Cold Calling: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Pay: $15,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Experience**:- Cold Calling: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
