**Responsibilities**:- Proactively identify client needs and market challenges through business development calls across Mexico and LATAM.- Establish contact with decision-makers from potential clients to explore collaboration opportunities.- Effectively communicate and present the company's products and innovative solutions, tailoring them to meet specific market and client needs.- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs within the assigned region.- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree (preferably in relevant fields).- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Media, Ad-Tech, Market Research, or data-driven industries.- Proven **sales** experience (B2B market experience is a plus).- Advanced proficiency in **English** (mandatory/non-negotiable)- Interest in technological innovation and market dynamics.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Responsible, proactive, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.- Essential to **reside in Cancun**.
