This role is crucial for our growth strategy, as you will be responsible for generating and managing business opportunities by scheduling initial calls with potential clients.Key Responsibilities:- **Client Prospecting**: Use LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients. Build and maintain qualified lead lists.- **Communication Management**: Send personalized and professional messages via LinkedIn to schedule calls. Manage the scheduling process, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.- **Lead Relationship Building**: Maintain effective communication with leads, providing relevant information and ensuring a positive experience.- **Organization and Follow-Up**: Track and follow up on interactions with leads. Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to maximize conversion rates.- **Internal Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to identify business opportunities and achieve scheduling goals.Experience and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.Compensation:- **Base Salary**: $1,000 USD per month- **Commissions**:- 10% for booked calls that close on any account not assigned to the CEO- 5% for accounts assigned to the CEO- Commissions are based on the first three months of the client's engagement with us.
