Join a fast-paced team and company that has revolutionized how SMB / Mid-Market / Enterprise companies ship their products.**What You Will Do**Responsible for selling the company's products or services to and maintaining relationships with new and existing accounts. As national (country-wide) account managers, this role should be matched to the Country Strategic Account Manager set of jobs. The p rimary responsibility is finding, generating, and developing new customers. Creates awareness and demand for company products. Customers may be geographic or named accounts.The Sales Professional wears many hats; from a person fielding many sales calls to the person who is managing the data and KPIs to proactively identify problems and create solutions for customers and operations.**Operational Duties**- Define and implement effective sales processes to support goal attainment- Document and act on key risks and issues impacting the sales- Use CRM for lead and funnel management.- Coordinate accurate Forecasts and present to management- Establish consistent execution of leading practices and procedures that have been deployed globally at other locations/areas- Have accountability to key process measures, action plans, and contractual obligations- Participate in strategic performance reviews and planning sessions- Collaborate with senior sales management and marketing team to develop and translate their marketing requirements for lead generation and qualification into executions that optimize the tele and web touch-points and execute agreed upon strategies- Meet with stakeholders regularly to ensure collaboration (Customer Success, Marketing, Integrations, other sales teams at Trimble Transportation and other Trimble divisions, Sales Consulting)- Work with Challenger Sales to continue to improve sales processes and customer experience.- Collate customer/prospect insights and share with internal stakeholders. Provide inputs to improve sales forecasting- Support campaigns and vision of local geographies. Initiate and optimize telemarketing outbound driven nurture activities**What Skills and Experience You Should Bring**- Bachelor's degree or MBA- Experience with a solution-selling methodology or proven experience learning a new vertical and/or sales process- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively- Patience, empathy and persistence in a customer-facing context- Experience running sales cycles from start to finish, from initial outreach to close- Team spirit; you seriously care about what you do and appreciate collaborating with your colleagues- Professional Spanish and English language skills
