We are committed to aligning clients with the most ideal loan terms for their specific situations, making us one of the industry's most responsive and dedicated teams.**Roles and Responsibilities**:- **Outbound Calls**: Contact potential clients in the market for primary, investment, or hard money loans, explaining Beltway Lending's services and benefits.- **Inbound Calls**: Handle inbound inquiries from prospective and existing clients, providing information, answering questions, and guiding them through the loan process.- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and helping match them with suitable loan products.- **Customer Support**: Provide timely and effective customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering solutions throughout the loan process.- **Follow-Up**: Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure they are informed and supported throughout the entire loan process.- **Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records, managing data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports on sales activities.**Skills**:- Fluent in spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills.- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.- Familiarity with CRM systems.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's (required)- Sales/Customer Service experience: 1-3 years (required)- Advanced English (required)- Proven track record of handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships.**Technology**:- CRM, VoIP Phones, Google suites, Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)**Physical Setting**:Remote**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - Business hoursPay: $13,988.00 - $19,983.00 per monthIdioma:- Advanced English (Obligatorio)
