Sales Representative is responsible for the relationship of current customers and the generation of new leads through prospecting different potential customers within risk acceptance criteria to meet origination, revenue and services to meet goals.
Generate new business opportunities with prospects. Identify needs and develop proposals with Elements value added services. Coordinate end to end sales process in order for a new customer onboarding (this will include risk underwriting process, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation process).Accountable for the overall relationship management of assigned clients. Primary point of contact. Coordinate internal areas in order to meet day to day or new requirements. Meet clients to maintain and grow business relationships. Oversee line renewals and legal changes.New products & services introduction with existing clients to enhance profitability. Presentation of new products to prospects and clients once rolled out.Responsible for the development, planning and execution of a strategic account plan. Including coordinating with strategic consulting projects and business reviews.Identify and articulate best practices within the industry. Demonstrated analytical ability, critical reasoning and strategic thinking in order to generate loyalty with customers.Qualifications - Education and Experience Desirable 5+ years of relevant business experience;Post-Secondary Education preferred BA/BS. MBA is a plus.Proficient in English language is a must (both written and oral).Experience within the vehicle management or a related financial/asset based industry is preferred.Willingness to travel up to 25% of time dependent on client portfolio and location.Willingness to learn and capable of adjusting to fast-paced & changing environment.Strong communication skills (oral and written), influencing and relationship building skills.World class negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.Strong customer focus with superior levels of customer satisfaction.Capable to negotiate with C-levels.- Knowledge and Competencies A solid understanding of leasing, rates, terms, financing alternatives, billing, vehicle expense reporting, service cards and the proven ability to service and sell to all levels within a client's organization.Must be a result-focused self-starter with a high energy level with the ability to initiate and drive activities independently and reliably.Ability to manage volume and service opportunities and effectively close transactions.Work with a high degree of urgency and willingly accept responsibility and accountability for account retention and growth.Continue to build and strengthen these relationships, with particular emphasis on mapping out the key decision makers and devising plans how we will gain access to them.Desirable proven business with complex situations.What's in it for You
