Our culture is enabled through our core values which guide all we do and how we win as One Newell: Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Winning, Ownership & Leadership.Reports to: Sales representativeResponsibilities:Commercialize the company's products, increasing sales by developing the business of the assigned accounts through personalized attention to buyers to detect opportunities/needs and provide solutions per the company's strategy, ensuring the offer of all products, services, and benefits to maximize profitability.Sell the company's products through the development of commercial strategies, control of assigned resources for promotional plans with customers, analysis of sales data to improve account results, and detection and development of business opportunities with new customers for market diversification.Accomplish the sales goals established for the assigned clients by developing trusting relationships through in-depth knowledge of their needs and requirements.Secure the profitability of business through:Administration and control of the GTN assigned to each account by the adequate and well-timed execution of price increases.Helping maintain the level of DSO within the parameters established by the company.Accurate and timely execution of the product portfolio's strategy defined for each client.Familiarize and manage the KPIs of both our accounts and the company to continuously evaluate performance and establish corrections for possible deviations.Qualifications:3 to 5 years of experience in a specific discipline.Experience:Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and advanced PowerPoint skills.Negotiation, Planning, Customer Focus, Finance, knowledge in Marketing, and E-Commerce.Soft skills: Planning, Organization, Decision Making, Execution, Leadership, Creativity, Problem Solving, Communication, Service Attitude, Conflict Resolution.Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets (forecast) and reports, keeping sales records, and PSI analysis.Collaborate with various departments within the company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
