Looking for sales person with mind geared for engineering, quality assurance- sales experience medical manufacturing and/or industrial**Sobre nuestro cliente**:Leader in innovative surgical, histology, beauty, food, glass, and DIY blades**Descripción**:**Management Activities**- Plan, coordinate, and deliver new product development as requested to address specific tactical and/or strategic business needs.- Communicate product changes as needed for customer, marketing, regulatory, and/or any other needs.- Develop relationships internally and externally with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Materials Management, Production, Research & Development, Engineers, and Distributors.- Investigate and supply information on market share development, competitor's activities, trends, and market developments.
Must be aware of competitors' activities, products, pricing, strengths, and weakness and accordingly devise new action plans to counter these effects.- Develop and make training and promotional presentations tailored to different audiences in order to promote the company and its product lines.- Forecasting - Prepare monthly sales & operations data for sales forecasts.- Product Supply - Close liaison with Customer Service and Logistics concerning the supply of products to customers.- Be a primary resource for the training of customers on the proper use of products.
**Sales Activities**- Plan and conduct meetings with existing customers to check requirements and satisfaction levels, business trends, and competitor activity.- Nurture current customer accounts through regular call patterns, product demonstration, and product in service.- Represent the company at trade association meetings, state and regional level conferences, seminars, workshops, etc.
to promote products.- Monitor sales expectations are met monthly quarterly and annually.- Conduct presentations with existing and new customers as well as internally,- Ensure customer relationship management system (CRM) is fully supported.
**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:- 5+ years of sales experience medical manufacturing and/or industrial.
Plus to have experience with cleanroom manufacturing environments.- Bachelor's degree, preferably in the sciences or equivalent work experience.- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and presentation skills.- Computer ability in M.S.
Office, Smartsheets, Salesforce (CRM), and the internet.- Must have the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.- Strong industry, science or engineering background preferred.- Must be able and willing to travel to customer locations and tradeshows as needed.
