The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of transportation, logistics, and market dynamics, with a proven ability to generate growth in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the intermodal and road transportation sectors across Mexico, the U.S., and Canada, with an emphasis on the Mexico region. Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, tailoring solutions to meet unique customer needs.Strategic Planning and Execution: Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at driving growth, profitability, and market presence. Collaborate with internal teams to identify expansion opportunities and optimize sales strategies.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on cross-border operations, international trade, and intermodal services. Maintain an ongoing pipeline of prospects and consistently achieve revenue targets.Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring they align with company goals. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies for continuous growth. Use market insights to inform strategic decision-making.Post-Sales Support: Provide excellent post-sales support to maximize customer retention, identify upselling opportunities, and enhance client satisfaction.Event Participation: Attend industry events and trade shows to network, promote services, and stay informed on logistics and transportation innovations.RequirementsBilingual fluency in English and Spanish.5+ years of sales experience in transportation, logistics, or intermodal services, with a focus on the U.S. and Canadian markets.Strong track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.Familiarity with transportation rules and regulations, and geography of Mexico, the U.S., and Canada.Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
